This episode is notable due to the destruction of the original Silver Nitrate tapes of the first 25 seasons during the final scene, when Dutch burns down the evil nun's convent, he started improvising and burned down the archives building. Some production members claim Schwarzenegger was heavily intoxicated during the filming of the episode, but no conclusive proof has been released so far.
